One question to all you gurus.

If I use a half moon and I attack using a skill (e.g. Pin-Down) will I need 1.8 sec (half moon refire rate) until I can use another skill? (e.g. Savage shot)

all attack skills will take the place of an attack. i may be wrong, but i believe that the time between normal attacks is the minimum you have between skills. if you do not stack your skills, or time your usage correctly, you may actually delay your next attack a bit.

ya, youd have to wait that 1.8 secs because ure still firing bow shots, it doesnt just go right to the attack, of course like it has been said there are still castin animations for most skills, so it may be longer

thats why it would be better to just hit one, then hit the other, the skill u hit second will begin to like tremble/shake hard to explain and then cast right after the second one is finsihed i think, its a great way to time our skills to get the fullest timewise when attackin

Attack skills such as Pin Down or Power Attack require an attack- so rather than being used instantly, they take the form of your attack- with a 1.8 second time to get off. If you use Pin Down and follow with Power Attack, the Pin Down will take 1.8 seconds, and then the Power Attack will follow 1.8 seconds later.

There are some skills that have faster animations, which won't take an entire 1.8 seconds to use. Quick Shot and Concussion Shot come to mind- those will go off nearly instantly, so long as you're not currently in the animation for using a different skill. As for your question, I think Savage Shot takes quite a bit less than a normal attack- it has a quick animation. However, it can be difficult to use, as it goes off on your next attack, rather than interrupting your current shot like Concussion Shot will.

The exception is a couple of the interrupting skills, which seem to fire faster, but no longer have exact attack times listed in their skill descriptions - leading me to believe it's a fraction of the normal attack speed.

I need to update the bow table on this here site here. Give me a few.
